Karl Korab is considered a very versatile artist. His works include oil paintings, graphics, collages, silkscreens and lithographs. The subject matter of Karl Korab seems to have not changed over the years. She concentrates on still lifes, mask-like heads and figures. His landscapes are influenced by the Lower Austrian Wald- and Weinviertel, where he lives with his family in Sonndorf near Maissau.
Korab studied from 1957 to 1964 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna with Sergius Pauser and over the years received numerous awards, mainly from the province of Lower Austria. His works are in public and private collections in Austria and abroad.
